Octaviano Merecias MBT, MA, HETC, Founder
Octaviano M. S. is a seasoned professional with expertise in evaluation, systematic evaluation, institutional scalability, intra-institutional teaching, and learning. He has over 20 years of experience in private, non-profit, and higher education sectors.
Octaviano's experience and expertise have allowed him to lead large-scale training and education initiatives at Oregon Health University, where he works as a manager for Organizational Training and Education on DEI. He is a skilled mixed-methods researcher, public speaker, neuroeducator, systems thinker, and DEIB practitioner, capable of analyzing complex systems and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizations.
In addition to his practical experience, Octaviano holds a post-master certification in Mind-Brain and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University, a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University, and a Master's from Oregon State University. Currently, he is pursuing a doctoral degree from Johns Hopkins University in the School of Advanced Studies in Education.
