Octaviano Merecias MBT, MA, HETC, Founder

Octaviano Merecias-Cuevas is a public speaker, systems thinker, neuroeducator, researcher, and DEIB practitioner with more than 20 years of combined experience in the private, non-profit, and higher education sectors. Currently, he is a doctoral student at Johns Hopkins University. In addition, he leads large-scale campus-wide training and education initiatives at Oregon Health University as a manager for Organizational Training and Education on DEI. Mr. Merecias obtained a post-master certification in Mind-Brain, and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from the Derek Book Center Teaching and Learning Center at Harvard University, and a Master's from the School of Language and Society at Oregon State University, where joined the national Honors Society Phi Kappa Phi.

Our team learns from collaboratories, challenging projects, client’s feedback, continual professional development and by utilizing the latest tools pertaining to learning science, high-impact practices, and peak performance.
